Princess September, the daughter of the king of Siam, was very unhappy. She was weeping alone one day in her own room when she saw a little bird hop in.

Life Without Freedom
If I had to obey someone's orders from morning to night without any freedom, my life would become a living hell. I would feel like a lifeless robot or a caged bird. Freedom is the most precious gift of life. Without the right to make my own choices, eat what I want, or play when I like, I would lose all my happiness and creativity. Constant control and strict orders would make me feel depressed, suffocated, and entirely hopeless. A life without freedom is simply meaningless.
