Jack: Much smoother! A steady wind carried us straight to a rich, welcoming country. We traded spices for gold. I heard about a third ship heading north. Did it return?
Tom: No, they say it sailed into an unforgiving, frozen sea under strange stars. It was rigged for a long journey, Jack. Perhaps it was never meant to come back.
